An elderly buyer was solicited for over $500 dollars for a survey of land prior to purchasing property at 1655 Caprine Ridge Road. Seller had previously been the founder of the CRRHA = Caprine Ridge Road Homeowners Association. Seller told elderly buyer land could not be sold without a survey. Another 'new covenant' from the 'association'?

There has been a survey on record for over 15 years. Property lines do not change. We advised buyer not to pay. Seller soon dropped his demand for a survey. The buyer of this property is a member of our family.
